If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

 

1. Return Policy

You can return your product within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (like your order number or invoice) must be provided.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Used or worn products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Sale or clearance items

 

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your bank or card provider.

If you still haven’t received it, contact us at zapify19@gmail.com and we’ll assist you immediately.

 

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’re happy to replace it.

Contact our team within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

In such cases, ZAPIFY will cover the full return shipping fee.
